This exhaustive process the following aspects all or in part, as required
- Appraise the client on various Procedural requirements as laid down by the Government of India and follow up necessary paper work.
- Arrange for wide publicity through Online, Newspapers and more, keeping in view the client's requirements.
- Provide additional choice of candidates from a panel of pre-screened
candidates available with us.
- Short - listing of the candidates through in depth interviews.
- Second a final list of screened candidates to client along with resume and consultants recommendations.
- Arrange for final interview and testing facilities in India if the client desires it.
- Provide assistance to the client in negotiating terms and conditions with the selected recruits.
- Arrange for medical examinations, Visa Flight Booking and and all other documentation
for the smooth passage of recruits to their destinations.
